All items are handmade or prepared in small batches unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or busy seasons.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Occasionally, promotions such as free shipping may be offered and will be clearly stated on the website when available.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Reba’s Press Shoppe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Reba’s Press Shoppe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for assistance.
