Returns

Because many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or customized, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, please email us at RebasPressShoppe@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Sale or clearance items


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
